Where are you located?

We are located in Binondo, Manila, Philippines

Where do you deliver?

As of now, we deliver around Metro Manila, Munitinlupa, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan. For provincial deliveries, you may send us a message but we only accept bulk/wholesale orders.

Do you allow pick-ups?

Yes we do! Just select pick up from the menu options.

How soon can you deliver after I order?

We do same day delivery from 9AM-6PM from Monday-Saturday. Cut off is at 3PM.

What if the items I received are defective / rotten?

In the unlikely event that the products you received are defective/rotten, please send us a photo for proof via email within 24 hours. If the item is found to be defective due to the seller, then we will offer you a replacement or store credit. If more than 24 hours passed, we will no longer allow returns/refunds.

What if the items I ordered in the gift set are actually unavailable?

Sometimes items part of the set become unavailable after checkout due to situations out of our control (i.e fruit turned out to be in bad condition when it was about to be packed and no stock is available anymore, etc) In the unlikely event, we can offer a replacement product of the same value if the item/s part of the set becomes unavailable after check out.

How long have you been in business?

Our company has been in the fruit business for over 80 years, but we only started selling online during the pandemic in 2020.

Do you issue official receipts?

We issue official receipts and sales invoices. If you would like to request for one, please add a note at checkout or send us an email or message on Instagram or Facebook.

Are your fruits new and fresh?

Yes! After our fruits arrive from all over the world, we store them in our cold storage facility with the optimum temperature customized for every fruit.

Can I customize fruits boxes and baskets for corporate giveaways, gifts, and the like?

Of course! We can customize fruits according to your preference or budget. Just send us a message via Viber, email, text, Facebook or Instagram and our agents will help you.

Do you allow wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we do! We give special prices depending on the quantity you wish to purchase.

Can you supply to businesses and groceries?

What happens if I ordered beyond 3:30 PM?

Any orders made after 3:30 pm on the day before, will be fulfilled on the next delivery schedule.

What is the earliest time I can have my order delivered?

The earliest we deliver is at 9:00AM; however you may opt for pick-up in store at 8:00AM
We deliver between the hours of 9am to 6pm.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but cancelations should be on or before 5:00 pm, one day prior to your scheduled delivery date. Any orders canceled after that will not be entertained.

What are your modes of payment?

We accept all credit cards, paypal, gcash, BDO, Metrobank, and Cash on Delivery.
